SPIRITUAL MARTIAL ARTS
According to the consciousness and experiences of different masters, martial arts are separated into different styles.
Inside our group we practice 'Internal Muay Sangha'.
Internal Muay Sangha is a non-violent spiritual martial art and can be practiced by people of all ages.
Internal Muay Sangha seeks consciousness and health while learning self defense.
The internal part of this art does not have kicks, punches or any kind of aggression, just evasions, locks and throws.
The philosophy behind the style is to avoid all confrontations by seeking harmony within ourselves under the constant and changing flow of the environment.
The training concepts of this internal style originates from the effective and proven fighting style of Muay Sangha.
MEDITATION
Meditation is a simple, effortless and natural activity that by practicing twice a day for 30 minutes can bring great health, calm and wisdom to the mind of the practitioner.
Meditation can be done while sitting comfortably with the eyes closed or by slow walking in the forest.
The first step of the technique that we practice in our community is based in reaching the heart. From the heart we will observe all the objects that naturally arise in the mind.
With effort and the right guidance purification may occur.
BREATHING
The Muay Sangha Healing group believes that air is the primary source of physical life.
Every morning, a series of basic breathing, healing exercises are done for the revitalization of our body and to clean the stagnant energy inside the body.
More oxygen in the blood and in the brain means more focus and clarity in what we do.
By breathing deeply the diaphragm massages the organs and internal tissues, making them healthier and more active.
BASIC HEALING MASSAGE
Gravity plays a tremendous role in the physical life of our bones, joints and soft tissues.
As well as this, extreme situations or accidents can be the cause of certain psychological traumas or phobias that accumulate in different parts of our body.
In our group we believe that reconnecting the energy lines by a very gentle massage and balancing the skeleton will bring a state of physical and mental balance.
